Terms of Service

Last updated: December 2025

By accessing and using PDFNimble ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PDFNimble is a privacy-first PDF processing platform that provides free tools to split, merge, and convert PDF documents. All processing occurs locally in your browser - no files are uploaded to our servers.

2.1 Available Tools

We offer the following free tools available to all users without registration:

  • Split PDF - Extract specific pages from PDFs
  • Merge PDF - Combine multiple PDFs into one document
  • PDF to Image - Convert PDF pages to PNG or JPEG images
  • Image to PDF - Convert images to PDF format

We reserve the right to modify features and availability of services at any time with reasonable notice.

Local Processing: All PDF processing happens entirely in your browser using Web Workers and the pdf-lib library. Your files never leave your device.

No File Storage: We do not store, save, or have access to any files you process through our service.

Analytics: We use privacy-safe analytics (Plausible) to understand usage patterns without tracking individual users.

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
  • Not use the service to process illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the service will meet your expectations

In no event shall PDFNimble, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Cost of procurement of substitute goods and services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the service
